1. Overview

LazyMoai ("we", "us", "our") operates the DocGrab mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

Email address – collected during account creation via OTP verification, used for authentication and export emails.
Scan images – document images submitted for OCR processing, temporarily stored and made accessible/exportable for up to 180 days.
Scan results – extracted text associated with your templates.
Usage data – scan counts, subscription status, and survey responses used to manage your quota.
Device identifiers – managed by RevenueCat for subscription entitlement verification.
Anonymous installation identifier – a UUID generated on first app launch and stored locally on your device. Used to enforce the one-time free scan limit and prevent abuse. Not linked to your identity unless you sign in and migrate anonymous templates or scan history to your account.
Anonymous scan usage status – a flag indicating whether the anonymous free scan has been used, stored locally and transmitted to our server for abuse prevention.

3. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate your account and send OTP verification codes.
To process document images through OCR and return results to you.
To manage your subscription plan and scan quota.
To send export files to your email address upon request.
To improve the App through anonymized usage analytics.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party services to operate the App:

Google – receives document image data for OCR processing. See Google's Privacy Policy.
RevenueCat – manages subscription purchases and entitlement verification. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Resend – delivers transactional emails. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare R2 – temporarily stores scan data, template images, and export files. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Apple DeviceCheck – on iOS devices, we request a DeviceCheck token to verify device integrity for anonymous free-scan abuse prevention. We do not use it for advertising or tracking. See Apple's DeviceCheck documentation.

5. Data Retention

Scan images and results: accessible and exportable for up to 180 days; deleted when account deletion is completed, within 180 days after request.
Export files: up to 24 hours.
Account data: until you delete your account. After deletion is requested, the account is disabled and all data is permanently removed within 180 days.

6. Data Security

We implement HTTPS encryption in transit, encrypted storage in Cloudflare R2, and JWT-based authentication. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

DocGrab is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your Rights

Export your scan data at any time using the in-app export feature.
Delete your account and all associated data through the App's settings.
Contact us to request corrections to your personal data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

依要求將匯出檔案發送至您的電子郵件。
透過匿名使用分析改善應用程式。

4. 第三方服務

我們與以下第三方服務共享資料以營運本應用程式：

匿名インストール識別子 – アプリ初回起動時にデバイス上でローカルに生成・保存されるUUID。1回限りの無料スキャン制限の適用および不正利用防止に使用されます。アカウントにサインインして匿名テンプレートやスキャン履歴を移行した場合を除き、お客様の身元と紐付けられることはありません。
匿名スキャン使用状況 – 匿名無料スキャンが使用済みかどうかを示すフラグ。ローカルに保存され、不正利用防止のためサーバーに送信されます。

3. 情報の使用方法

アカウントの認証およびOTP確認コードの送信。
OCRによる書類画像処理と結果の返送。
サブスクリプションプランとスキャンクォータの管理。
ご要望に応じたエクスポートファイルのメール送信。
匿名化された利用分析によるアプリの改善。

4. 第三者サービス

アプリの運営のために以下の第三者サービスとデータを共有しています：

5. データ保持期間

スキャン画像と結果：最大180日間アクセス・エクスポート可能。アカウント削除完了時（リクエスト後180日以内）に完全削除。
エクスポートファイル：最大24時間。
アカウントデータ：削除リクエスト後、アカウントは無効化され、すべてのデータは180日以内に完全削除されます。

6. データセキュリティ

HTTPS転送暗号化、Cloudflare R2による暗号化ストレージ、JWT認証を実装しています。完全なセキュリティを保証することはできません。

7. 子供のプライバシー

DocGrabは13歳未満の子供を対象としていません。当社は13歳未満の子供の個人情報を意図的に収集しません。

8. お客様の権利

アプリ内エクスポート機能を使用していつでもスキャンデータをエクスポートできます。
アプリの設定からアカウントと関連データを削除できます。
個人データの修正を当社に要求できます。

9. ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新される場合があります。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用することは、変更への同意とみなされます。
