By downloading or using DocGrab ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
DocGrab is a mobile application that allows users to create custom document scanning templates and extract text from physical documents using optical character recognition (OCR). The App is provided by LazyMoai ("we", "us", "our").
Users may access one free anonymous scan without creating an account. Free scan availability may be limited by device, installation, or platform capability (including Apple DeviceCheck on iOS). Abuse prevention measures may restrict access to the free scan on a per-device basis.
DocGrab offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Pro) that unlock additional scan quotas and template slots. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to scan documents you do not have the right to access, or to process confidential information belonging to third parties without proper authorization.
The App integrates with the following third-party services:
All content, trademarks, and software associated with DocGrab are the property of LazyMoai or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of OCR results. Scan results should not be relied upon for legal, medical, or financial decisions without independent verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LazyMoai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You may delete your account at any time within the App. Once deletion is requested, your account may be disabled and you will not be able to sign in during the pending deletion period. Accounts pending deletion are permanently removed after 180 days.
Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store subscription. You must cancel auto-renewal separately through your App Store account settings before or after deleting your account to avoid future charges.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

当社は本規約に違反するアカウントを停止または終了する権利を留保します。
